This band musically and structurally resembles Swedish black metal bands like Dark Funeral and Marduk. They have covered Mayhem in the past, but don't let that fool you, Mayhem on 'De Mysteriis..' were structually brilliant and never resorted to retarded attempts at arena friendly breakdowns (the music and vocal phrasing at the 4:04 to 4:45 minute mark of 'Curse of the Witch' sounds like a black metal/rap hybrid). This band talks a lot, collects a lot of Misfits action figures, claims a lot of influence from far superior bands, but it's all style over substance.
