Truly, we have here on cd some of the finest moments from 2 bands now seen as sell-outs (we could argue on this). I think the Devil's Path MCD from DIMMU BORGIR contain some of their best sounding songs ever, and the Celtic Frost's cover just rules. And then there is OLD MAN'S CHILD with the excellent 'In the shades of life' EP. I never really get into OMC, mainly because I always thought something was missing from every releases they had. On the other hand, this EP showcase that Galder used to put atmosphere in is songs, and this is why this cd is should be heard, especially by those fans of OMC or DM, to see how it was (and should) be done.

Hello... Well... two monster of Norwegian Black metal... When they got his hypnotizing classic melodic style... This cd is a classic, only for true Norwegian Black metalers, enchanting melodies, misty atmpospheres, Old man child demonstrates that is one of the classical black m. And what can I say about Dimmu borgir... just hear ¨Devil Path¨ and you wont`t find better black metal song in your life...
