It's not going well with PanterA if you ask me! Constantly fights within the band, with Phil being an asshole (the retarded Neanderthaler I talked about earlier), again Phil taking a overdose, and a album which isn't that good if you look back what they've recorded in history.
But maybe this is because I heard PanterA so many times that it doesn't impress any longer. So, maybe its time to wave (the once mighty) Pantera bye bye!
You haven't got to buy this one, altough 'Revolution Is My Name' is still a great song...
Some last remark for the good sake of order: This isn't a bad album, but not as good as earlier ones!

Just a quick comment: I totally changed my opinion about this CD within a year time. I think this CD is a killer one... It just takes time to realise. This CD is one of the best of Pantera (musical techinques). If you didn't liked it at once, give it more than just one try!!!

I think I'm in the same boat as Flix, here. When i first heard Reinventing the Steel, I thought meh, not their greatest, and never listened to it. A couple months ago I dragged it out and decided to give it a try, and holy shit. Goddamn Electric, Yesterday Don't Mean Shit, We'll Grind That Axe For A Long Time, I'll Cast A Shadow....pretty much every track is killer, and Phil's vocals are monstrous on this one. the only track I'm not too crazy about is Hellbound, I don't know why...definitely not the best release from Pantera, but one that should not be overlooked! all Pantera is amazing. Like Flix said, give it more than one listen before you judge! 9/10
