October Falls
A Collapse of Faith

1. A Collapse Of Faith Part I

The tide's rising, collapsed mountains of ideals ahead
The arts of honourless martyrs the tongues of nation's decay
Fleshless bearers of faded credence, scarred for the north.

From gallows to stained culture, to the piles of flesh in raging pyres
Onset for the future, the hives of useless shells in fire
The burial mounds of ash, the horns chime for the end.

Like a scent of autumn's decay filling the air
The traitor's of manking fading to ashes, smouldering away
A thousand voices chanting for tomorrow, idealistic flames ablaze.

Mongrels for apostate daughters, the husks among the grains
The weeds from honourless fathers, to root and absorb
And a thousand mouths screaming for hope
The burden of false ideals hanging in ropes.

The surface of each trembles, crumbles beneath the scarred bare feet
Above the corpus vermin, lays the stench of the spiritual decease
A scarred north, buried beliefs, empty words ahead.

An emotional winter, the oblivion rises as devotion crumbles above the fall.

A cultural wasteland, a stupor of blood and honour
The pallbearer of hoe, prognosis devours
The bones of owls thrown to the soil of stained lands
And the pyres of oblivion illuminate the demise.

Horns of the wintry mountains screaming through winds
The wolves shall rise from the ruins of yesterdays.

The primitive statues, monoliths of thoughts carved in bones and flesh
Shocking the core of the human nature and shattering the ideals of mankind.

2. A Collapse Of Faith Part II

Carved from the same roots, grown from the same seeds
One stained grand design, a monumental, blazing sight
A homage to martyrs, who bled for the cause
In the twilight of idols, the pyres of oblivion glow.

Above the grand illusions, beyond dishonoured traditions
The words became flesh and the flesh became ideals.

The rivers of strength and lakes of devotion
All written and scarred to the bones of mankind
Defeated by words, and aeon of strength ahead
A mental prostration, the echoes of yesterday ablaze.

A burden beyond the boundaries, a reason prevailing the credence
A firmament crumbling the old doctrines collapsing ahead
Shattering symbols on the horizon the distant bond fading.

Distorted and wretched, a collapse of faith
The tongues of stole truth, now rusted and raped.

The words of hope drift away, collapsing astray
And the soil bleeds below, under the pyres in oblivion
Iconoclast among the fallen
Forged by the blood.

3. A Collapse Of Faith Part III

And at the last stand, torn and scarred
But with pride inside, strength to bleed
And to write the upcoming history

Wounds for the future
Graves for the past
Blood to shed in order
For tomorrow to last.
